    VP3 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA860325DA01CID was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Chicken anemia virus Apoptin protein (1-121AA) as the immunogen. The target protein VP3, a member of gyrovirus apoptin family, may act as transcriptional regulator. It induces apoptosis in infected cells and is an element of infectious replication cycle. Furthermore, it acts as an inhibitor in the process of virus of host exit from mitosis.
    This Rabbit anti-Chicken anemia virus VP3 Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA and WB applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the VP3 proteins of chicken anemia virus-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of VP3 protein.
