    The TNMD antibody is designed to recognize the TNMD proteins from human and mouse samples. When a rabbit received an injection of the recombinant human TNMD protein (131-254aa), an immune response occurred in the rabbit producing large amounts of antibodies against the TNMD protein. The rabbit's blood was collected and isolated to get the anti-serum, which underwent protein G purification to obtain the TNMD polyclonal antibody (purity 95%+). This TNMD antibody has accessed its specificity in ELISA, WB, and IF applications.

    TNMD is known to promote tenocyte differentiation and inhibit their proliferation, which is essential for the proper development and maintenance of tendons and ligaments. TNMD also has anti-angiogenic properties, which are important in preventing the excessive growth of blood vessels and are detrimental to tendon and ligament healing.
