    • Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cell with CSB-PA023553ESR2HU at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100 for 15 min. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions . The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4℃. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
    • Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cell with 5% goat serum, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

    The rabbit was immunized with recombinant human TIMM23 protein (1-209aa) to produce the TIMM23 polyclonal antibody, which is an IgG isoform and exhibits a liquid form. Antigen affinity purification was used to purify this antibody. This TIMM23 antibody shows reactivity with the TIMM23 protein from human, mouse species.

    This TIMM23 polyclonal antibody has been validated to recognize the TIMM23 protein in ELISA, WB, and IF assays. TIMM23 is an essential protein found in the mitochondrial inner membrane, which is involved in the translocation of preproteins into mitochondria. Therefore, this TIMM23 polyclonal antibody may be utilized to investigate the function and localization of the TIMM23 protein and its role in mitochondrial protein import.
