    CUSABIO uses the recombinant human SLC46A3 protein (26-73AA) to immunize rabbits and then purify the rabbit antiserum through protein
    G to obtain the anti-SLC46A3 antibody. This SLC46A3 antibody is a polyclonal antibody and occurs as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity reaches up to 95%. It only shows reactivity with human lysosomal SLC46A3 protein, induction of which by 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) induces intracellular copper deficiency, leading to mitochondrial dysfunction and subsequent lower catabolism and hepatic lipid accumulation. And this anti-SLC46A3 antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications.
