In addition, knockdown of RTKN2 arrested the cell cycle at the G1 phase via inhibition of the expression of cell cycle-associated proteins. PMID: 27082503
    2. RTKN2 was overexpressed in HCC tissues. RTKN2 served an important role in tumorigenesis and metastasis of HCC. PMID: 27081789
