    The production of PPX1 antibody starts by immunizing rabbits with the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae exopolyphosphatase protein (1-397AA) and finishes by protein G-purification from rabbit antiserum. It is available as the unconjugated IgG. It is only reactive with Saccharomyces cerevisiae exopolyphosphatase protein, a phosphatase enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic polyphosphate and plays an important role in the metabolism of phosphate and energy in all living organisms. And its purity is greater than 95%. This polyclonal anti-PPX1 antibody can be used in ELISA and WB applications.
