    • IHC image of CSB-PA754178LA01HU diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human appendix tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

    The PNCK polyclonal antibody is a rabbit-derived antibody that has been specifically designed to target the PNCK protein. The immunogen used to generate this antibody is a recombinant human PNCK protein (1-115aa). The PNCK protein mainly acts as a serine/threonine kinase that plays a role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, migration, survival, and differentiation. PNCK overexpression has been detected in a variety of tumor types, including breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer, and can promote cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion.

    This PNCK antibody has been purified using protein G affinity chromatography and has a purity of >95%. It has been validated for use in various applications, including ELISA, WB, and IHC. And it shows broad reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.
