    • Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA850293LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

    2. These results suggest that the novel PI3K regulator PIK3IP1 plays an inhibitory role in T-cell activation. PMID: 22706993
    3. PIK3IP1-v1 is a novel splicing isoform of PIK3IP1. Both of them are located on cell membrane and can induce cell apoptosis. PMID: 19088825
    4. PIK3IP1 directly binds to the p110 catalytic subunit and down modulates PI3K activity. Suggested that PIK3IP1 is a new type of PI3K regulator. PMID: 17475214
