    To prepare this Ovomucoid polyclonal antibody, rabbits were first immunized with the chicken Ovomucoid antigen, which stimulates the production of specific antibodies against the target antigen. The antibodies are then collected and purified using protein G chromatography, resulting in a purity greater than 95%.

    The purified Ovomucoid polyclonal antibody is then tested in ELISA. In ELISA, the Ovomucoid polyclonal antibody can be used as the primary antibody to specifically recognize and bind to the Ovomucoid antigen from chicken samples. This makes the antibody useful in a variety of research applications, including studying the function and regulation of Ovomucoid, as well as its potential roles in disease.
