    The synthesis of the MBTPS1 antibody involves the immunization of the rabbit with the recombinant human MBTPS1 protein (803-1052aa), collection of the rabbit anti-serum, and antibody purification through antigen affinity chromatography.

    The specificity of the rabbit anti-human MBTPS1 polyclonal antibody has been confirmed by ELISA and IHC. This MBTPS1 antibody shows exclusive reactivity with human MBTPS1 protein. The main function of MBTPS1 is to regulate lipid metabolism by activating SREBPs and promoting the synthesis of cholesterol and fatty acids. Dysfunction of MBTPS1 has been implicated in various metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
