    GFRAL polyclonal antibody CSB-PA751020LA01HU was produced in the rabbits immunized by using the Recombinant Human GDNF family receptor alpha-like protein (19-351AA). The target protein GFRAL is a brainstem-restricted receptor for GDF15 which regulates food intake, energy expenditure and body weight in response to metabolic and toxin-induced stresses. Upon interaction with its ligand (GDF15), GFRAL will interact with RET and induces cellular signaling through activation of MAPK- and AKT- signaling pathways.
    This Rabbit anti-Homo sapiens (Human) GFRAL Polyclonal antibody was tested in WB, IHC and ELISA applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the FLG proteins of human or mouse-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of FLG protein.
