    CUSABIO uses the peptide corresponding to amino acids 354-445 of the recombinant CDS2 to immunized rabbits to generate the anti-CDS2 antibody. This CDS2 polyclonal antibody occurs as an unconjugated IgG. It is only reactive with human CDS2 protein, a metabolic enzyme that controls phosphoinositide recycling and switches the output of VEGFA signaling from promoting angiogenesis to unexpectedly inducing vessel regression. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. And it has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications.

    Catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidic acid (PA) to CDP-diacylglycerol (CDP-DAG), an essential intermediate in the synthesis of phosphatidylglycerol, cardiolipin and phosphatidylinositol. Exhibits specificity for the nature of the acyl chains at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions in the substrate, PA and the preferred acyl chain composition is 1-stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-phosphatidic acid. Plays an important role in regulating the growth and maturation of lipid droplets which are storage organelles at the center of lipid and energy homeostasis.
