    CUSABIO produces the product (CSB-PA623900LA01HU) by immunizing rabbits with the peptide corresponding to amino acids 131-332 of the recombinant human LRP8. The anti-LRP8 antibody is eventually purified from rabbit antiserum by protein G affinity chromatography. Its purity is greater than 95%. It occurs as an unconjugated IgG. And it only reacts with human LRP8 protein. This LRP8 polyclonal antibody is suitable for the detection of LRP8 protein in ELISA, WB, and IF applications.

    The LRP8 protein, also known as apolipoprotein E receptor 2 (APOER2), regulates the uptake and clearance of lipoproteins and mediates signaling events in response to extracellular ligands, with important implications for brain development and function, as well as for metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.
