產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)： 我用CSB-E06998Rb檢測(cè)模型組術(shù)前，術(shù)中30min-2h，術(shù)后24h血漿，四參數(shù)模型擬合出來的R2為0.99868（詳見圖片），標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線符合預(yù)期。0-2h的TNF-a水平符合升高趨勢(shì)，經(jīng)過文獻(xiàn)查詢，該模型需要6h才能檢測(cè)出大量升高的TNF-a炎癥因子水平，后續(xù)會(huì)測(cè)量6h及以上的炎癥因子水平。課題組師兄推薦，有兔子種屬，且價(jià)格實(shí)惠，測(cè)試結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。

產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)： 我用CSB-E06998Rb測(cè)組蛋白注射模型組術(shù)前，術(shù)中30min-2h，術(shù)后24h血漿，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線用四參數(shù)模型擬合出來的R2僅為0.68，而直線擬合出來R2為0.9996（數(shù)據(jù)和擬合曲線方程詳見圖片），標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線做了兩列，符合預(yù)期且OD值在0至3.2范圍內(nèi)，且得到的數(shù)據(jù)符合預(yù)期趨勢(shì)，術(shù)前測(cè)出來約600-800pg/ml。術(shù)中逐漸升高至1400pg/ml，術(shù)后24h降至1000 pg/ml左右，該試劑盒測(cè)試穩(wěn)定，做了兩個(gè)復(fù)孔，誤差較小但均能顯色，且兔子個(gè)體差異大，因此我準(zhǔn)備用Fold Change來表示，該數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備用來發(fā)文章。
