產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)： 我用CSB-E06905Rb檢測(cè)模型組術(shù)前，術(shù)中30min-2h，術(shù)后24h血漿，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線用四參數(shù)模型擬合出來(lái)的R2為0.9998，見(jiàn)圖片，OD值范圍為0.04（Blank)-2.5(1500pg/ml)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線符合預(yù)期。部分樣本低于標(biāo)曲的Blank吸光度，經(jīng)過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查詢，該模型需要6h才能檢測(cè)出大量IL-8炎癥因子水平，因此屬于正常現(xiàn)象。且得到的數(shù)據(jù)符合預(yù)期趨勢(shì)，后續(xù)會(huì)測(cè)量6h及以上的炎癥因子水平。另回答郵件中的疑問(wèn)：我做的是術(shù)前，術(shù)中0-2h，術(shù)后24h共6個(gè)點(diǎn)的指標(biāo)，沒(méi)做6h的指標(biāo)，因?yàn)?h兔子耳朵采不出動(dòng)脈血了，所以后續(xù)會(huì)在6h處死兔子來(lái)檢測(cè)炎癥指標(biāo)。
