產品評價: 我用CSB-E11194m檢測正常及SLE模型小鼠血漿中IgG的表達情況,1:10稀釋后其OD值在0.19~0.649之間,測量的結果濃度較低。產品操作便捷,使用方便,說明書詳細,但建議不同樣本要進行預實驗摸好濃度范圍再進行大批量實驗。
