Thanks for your inquiry. This is a 96T sandwich ELISA kit (double-antibody). For a 96T sandwich ELISA kit we suggest you run duplicates for the standard. In this way you can test 80 samples. We also suggest you run duplicates for the sample, and in this way you can test 40 samples. You can decide how many kits you need according to the number of your samples. If you run a pre-test, the number of samples you can detect in one kit will be less.
