產品評價: 我用CSB-E07272m檢測高脂飲食誘導的C57小鼠,分別包括正常飲食、高脂誘導模型組及高脂誘導給藥組的小鼠血清,稀釋比例為1:2000;由于實驗室酶標儀較為老舊,稀釋倍數應在1:4000可能結果更好,同時標準曲線最高濃度10ng/ml與5ng/ml相近,故舍去最高濃度od值。
