Regarding this kit,we tested the normal dog serum ,plasma samples with 0 dilutions and we got the results falling in 12.5--100ng/ml.You can take this for your reference.As long as the content of the sample falls in the detection range of this kit,it can be detected out.And I will send you manual reference by email later.

    Liver-produced hormone that constitutes the main circulating regulator of iron absorption and distribution across tissues. Acts by promoting endocytosis and degradation of ferroportin/SLC40A1, leading to the retention of iron in iron-exporting cells and decreased flow of iron into plasma.
