Can I get a copy of the kit instructions to as well as any references to papers that have used this kit? I want to make sure it will work in our specific use case. To that end I'm looking for information about the nature of the antibodies (capture and detection) are they monoclonal or poly. Are they the same Ab for both steps or different? Are the plates recoated, or do we need to coat them ourselves? Thank you for the help.
