To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of bovine IL-4 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

功能：

Participates in at least several B-cell activation processes as well as of other cell types. It is a costimulator of DNA-synthesis.
