    The HIST1H2BC antibody pair is a valuable tool for detecting Histone H2B type 1-C/E/F/G/I in various species including human, rat, mouse, guinea pig, bovine, horse, pig, dog, chicken, goat, and sheep. Histone H2B type 1-C/E/F/G/I plays an important role in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation.

    The HIST1H2BC antibody pair is supplied in liquid form and contains a capture antibody (CSB-EAP01694C) produced in rabbits and a detection antibody (CSB-EAP01694D) generated in rabbits and labeled with biotin. The recommended concentration of these two antibodies is 0.2ug/ml. The immunogen species for both antibodies is human. This antibody pair is specifically designed for use in S-ELISA application.
